The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but that's a
good spot to start anyway. You can park at the Science &
Technology Museum parking, it's free . The cache is somewhere at N
45° 24.xxx W 075° 37.xxx. Each of the missing digit of the North
and West coordinates is linked to a local artifact, and a 7th art
ifact defines which set of 3 digits is the North one and which is
the West one.
First 3-digit number:

The first digit is a number written between 'U' and 'g' on the
first artifact.
The second digit is the second digit of the number of red and white
squares on the second artifact.
The third digit is the number of blades of the third artifact
divided by 2.
Second 3-digit number:

The first digit is the number of words of the U.S. city written on
the first artifact.
The second digit is the number of metal bars holding the barbwires
of the second artifact.
The third digit is the number of letters of the very last name of
the person the third artifact is dedicated to.
Coordinates order:
The name of a company which ends with "MOTORS INC" can be found on
this artifact. The last letter of the first word of the name of
this company (N or W) goes wi th the first 3-digit number.
