Deine Suche führt Dich zu einem kleinen Flugplatz, der von April bis Oktober als Motor- und Segelflugplatz genutzt wird. Am Platz sind einige Infos zu suchen. Damit kann dann die Position des Caches ermittelt werden. Am Wochenende besteht meist die Gelegenheit zu Gast- oder Schnupperflügen mit Segel- und Motorflugzeugen. Bitte achtet darauf, das Flugplatzgelände nicht ohne Aufforderung zu betreten. Im Turm ist meist der Flugleiter, der gerne weitere Informationen gibt. Ausserdem gibt es hier eine gute Gaststätte mit Biergarten und großem Kinderspielplatz für die Kleinen.
Aufgabe:
Suche die Lage des Caches 'Rimberg' by Murmeltier und 'Wenigenburg'=GCA5BC by murmeltier.
Der gesuchte Klein-Flugplatz liegt 13,7 km von 'Rimberg und ca. 11 km von 'Wenigenburg' entfernt. (Der Cache 'Wenigenburg ist leider ab 2010 archiviert, die Koordinaten kann man aber immer noch benutzen)
Von den 2 Lösungen ist es die nördlichere.
Fahre zu diesem Flugplatz. Dort gibt es einen Parkplatz mit Informationsschild. Folgende Infos werden benötigt.
1. Länge der Landebahn in Metern = ABC
Oben und Unten an der Landebahn stehen zweistellige Zahlen. Dabei handelt es sich um die Start- und Landerichtung der Flugzeuge (z.B. 270 Grad entspricht Richtung '27').
2. Untere Startrichtung = DE
3. Obere Startrichtung = FG
4. Gründungsjahr des Luftfahrtvereins = KLMN
Am Kontrollturm des Flugplatzes ist eine Aussentreppe.
Auf halber Höhe ist ein Schild mit der Flugplatzhöhe in Feet (ft) angebracht.
5. Höhe in ft = HIJ

The coordinates indicated above are not in the proximity of the cache. They only serve as a reference for the region.
Your search leads you to a small airfield, which is used by the local flying club from April until October.
The coordinates for the cache need to be determined from a couple of numbers in the area around the airfield. Please keep off the apron or runway for safety and security reasons. On weekends there is usually an opportunity to take off for a guest ride with gliders and single engine planes. Feel free to consult the tower controller for further information. There is also a recommendable restaurant with "Biergarten" and a large playground for the small ones.
Task:
Search for the caches coordinates of "Rimberg" by murmeltier and 'Wenigenburg' = GCA5BC by murmeltier
The small airfield is situated 13.7km from "Rimberg" and appr. 11 km from "Wenigenburg". (Cache 'Wenigenburg' was archived in Aug.2010, but the Coordinates are still valid) From the 2 solutions it is the one in the North. Drive to this airfield. There is a parking lot and an information sign with a map.
The following information is needed.
1. Length of the runway in meters = ABC
Above and below of the runway you will find a two digit number. These numbers correspond with the take-off and landing directions of the airplanes (e.g. 270 degrees direction equals '27').
2. Direction below the runway = DE
3. Direction above the runway = FG
4. Founding year of the local flying club = KLMN
You will find a yellow sign at the control tower just beside the stairway. It shows the elevation of the airfield in feet (ft).
5. Elevation in ft = HIJ
