This is an offset cache. The actual cache is not at this location, but nearby.
We see them everyday. Most of the time we do not even notice. When we do notice, they are in our way. They are road and highway workers. They repair our roads, build bridges, and in Alaska, they keep the roads clear during the winter.
This cache is dedicated to these men and women.
