Geocache Description:

A well developed one mile trail leads you to a must see vista of the canyons of the Green and Yampa Rivers near their junction in the center of Dinosaur National Monument. You will find yourself nearly 2,500 feet above the rivers at a well developed observation point. The hike to and from this virtual cache is very enjoyable with numerous spectacular views along the way.

To log this cache as "Found," e-mail us the answers to the following question and include a photo in your online log of you at the cache site with your GPS:

  • At the cache site you will be surrounded by a safety railing. On the northern-most end of that railing are three wooden signs with numbers on them. What is the sum of the digits in those numbers?

  • We are pretty sure you'll enjoy this as much as we did. But you need to visit before the road in is closed by winter snows, or after it is reopened in the spring. Your approach really needs to be from the south.
