At the posted coords, pick up the coords for the second stage of this 2.4 mile multi-stage cache. The coords at the second stage will take you to the cache site. There is plenty of parking near locations one and three. If the education factory on the corner is closed, you can park there for two; if not, try a quiet side street. All three locations are quite public.
The cache is stocked with road maps, so log a find and trade a map!
