This is a four part puzzle cache in the beautiful little park of Laguna Grande. At the coordinates above, you'll find a micro cache with the puzzle for the next stage. The next two stages will be micros that will have additional puzzles that will complete some missing coordinates, until you finally get to the final cache, which is a one gallon tupperware container.
Boy, how things change. When I first moved to the Monterey Peninsula this park didn’t have much to redeem it, other than the beautiful little Eastern Orthodox church that sits across the street from the DMV. A major renovation of the area, along with some controversial construction of two hotels to the West, has made this in to a marvelous area for walking and recreation. This multi stage puzzle cache follows the paved/crushed gravel path that goes around the Laguna Grande Lake. Along with the well hidden puzzles that you’ll find, you’ll also find the area home to a variety of birds. Viewing platforms and benches dot the lake at various locations. So don’t be in any great hurry as you ambulate around the lake, and if you need a repeat visit to complete the cache (as I think most will), try walking the path in the opposite direction for a different view.
The final cache container had the following items at the start:
1 logbook and pen
2 slinkys
2 packs of flower seeds
1 glasses repair kit
1 bubbles
1 badminton shuttle (from Final Destination)
1 multitool wrench
FTF treat
