Geocache Description:

Cache is located in Scott Park, near the Scott Township Police Station on Lindsay Road.

** Please remember that due to Mother Nature, the area immediately around the cache site can change from one day to the next. Therefore, the cache camoflauge can also vary. Please keep this in mind when searching for this cache. Many have reported it missing, when in fact it is just very well hidden. ** Park near the top of the park (either along the side of the swimming pool or near the basketball courts). Start at the trailhead that begins next to the "Redwood" and follow the trail. This cache is located just off of a walking trail, and while the terrain is relatively easy to navigate, it is not handicap accessible. (Many have approached this from a different angle. Doing so will make the terrain probably a 5 rating, as you will be scaling a cliff. Follow the directions, park at the trailhead, and you should have an easy walk!) Cache is a plastic container. Original contents include small toys and log book. Please sign the log book, and before replacing the cache make sure the lid is on tightly!!! **PLEASE NOTE** Do not give up--the cache IS in the given locations, and the coordinates are accurate. Be patient, and watch your step! :) **If you are approaching the cache from the recommended walking trail, there should be no reason to be close enough to the cache to step on it!** Due to the recently developing trail improvements, there have been trees being cut down, and some changes to the landscape. We replaced the cache is a well hidden area, and from most angles, the cache is not visible. Look carefuly--it's there!!
