Geocache Description:

This cache is an ammo can hidden off a trail next to Second Creek, located on Alasa Farm in Alton, NY. The trail is well marked, but a little steep. Make sure you watch your footing. There is a little bush-whacking involved...

This is an apple-themed cache. Please try to trade along the same lines. This cache itself is winter accessible, but keep in mind that the trail is fairly steep. Parking is in the Peach Orchard at N 43° 14.109', W 076° 58.338'. The owner has given permission for this cache to be located here- the picture below is Farmer Griff with Nicole & Noah. At the bottom of the trail you may be able to find some fossils along the creek bank. If you visit this cache in the fall, make sure to stop by the farm and pick some great New York State Apples!
