Geocache Description:

It will be necessary to really be sure the lid is snapped in place on this cache to prevent the log from getting wet.

Ever since finding the Inspector Cache-it Cache we have thought about how to do some puzzle caches. Nonni was in Dallas and went by Half Price Books and bought poppy a puzzle book. He learned quite a bit about cryptography or coding of messages. Most codes in history were used for strategic reasons mostly during times of war. The first use of codes or cyphers is credited to Julius Ceasar.

This is the first of a series of increasingly more difficult puzzle caches. Along the way cachers who find these will learn more about this subject. Once you have solved the puzzle we do not think the caches will be that hard to find. The difficulty ratings are given because of the puzzle not the hide.

The above coordinates are for parking purposes only. Please park on the grass so as not to block access to the Clarksville Light and Water Electric Substation that gives this cache its name.

Seeking this cache will require decoding the actual set of coordinates for the location of the cache. This first cache will require a bit of thought but I expect it to be found my many of you. The key to solving this puzzle is in the way it is encoded. That will be the only clue.

The cache container is well camouflaged and about the size of a large Band Aid container. In addition this is a theme cache for coins only. Please feel to bring your foreign coins, tokens, wooden coins, in fact any kind of coin. If you cannot leave a coin please do not take one.

We started this cache with 15 coins US currency, foreign coins from Netherlands, Hong Kong, Canada, and a wooden coin signature item from Darkmoon a geocacher in OKC. It also contains a Truth and Light coin, a signature coin of Clemtrekers, and a St. Anthony coin, the patron saint of lost articles an item of cacher 8Up.

Now the encryption clue:

Use the same logic as that available to all geocachers.
