Geocache Description:

Smørmosen – til minde om den første danske cache: Kippers in the Jungle
- som i øvrigt siden er genopstået.

Since we quite often hear about kippers and how they came to be tradition in Denmark, I think the time has come for a tribute cache. As ougaard seem to be the cachers who are nearest to the place of the first Danish cache ever, we feel slightly obliged to do the hiding. On my walk in Smørmosen I passed the place where "Kippers in the Jungle" used to be hidden. The herring is placed further west.

The cache is a 0,9 l litre box WITHOUT BAG.
