Geocache Description:

The Betty Allen Nature Preserve (also called Twin Ponds Park) is one of those town parks that you always drive past and never stop in (until you decide to hide or seek a cache) - and suddenly discover what you've been missing.

The cache is a square tupperware container wrapped in a zip-loc bag. Please re-hide as found.

Parking is in a pull-off on the side of the road.

While the cache can be grabbed as a cache and dash, the walk around the pond is worth it for two reasons:
- the views and wildlife and
- it will lead you to several side trails where you won't have to bushwalk through some heavy brush to reach the cache.

NB - as with all of my other caches, the initials on the cache are not mine, but a tribute to my brother who was lost in the Sept 11th attacks on the World Trade Center. In keeping with tradition, I've included an American flag pin as one of the trade items.
