The first stage micro was relocated on May 7.
The Historic Jacobsburg cache is located in the scenic Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center near Nazareth, PA. The first three parts of this multi-cache consist of micro containers, each holding a clue to the next cache. The clues all pertain to the early history of the settlement of Jacobsburg and are very easy to figure out (especially with the hint for #2). The final cache is a 50mm ammo box. The cache is situated along a multi-use trail allowing hiking, all-terrain bicycling, cross-country skiing and horseback riding. This is also an area in which hunting is allowed so use appropriate caution. The micro caches have all been placed very close to the trails and require no bushwhacking. Dogs are allowed on lead. The parking area is located off State Park Road (N 40 47.440 W 075 17.833). This area of the Center is open daily from sunrise to sunset. Information on the Center may be obtained by visiting the JEEC website or by acquiring a brochure at the Center Office (N 40 47.433 W 075 18.067). The cache was originally stocked with items related to Search and Rescue and wilderness safety.
