This is a two stage multi. The first part is a micro. You are
looking for a film sized container. The cache is a 30 cal. ammo
can.
When looking for part one, use discretion! During the warm
months, the bridge near here is a very popular wedding photo spot.
Be sure to walk through the gardens near city hall. Satelite
reception at part two isn't great which makes the cache harder to
find.
Being close to the freeway makes this a good travel bug
drop.
Harry C. Coulby was the first mayor of Wickliffe. This cache is
located on his estate that is now the city hall and a city park.
Mr. Coulby worked for Pickands Mather and Interlake Steamship Co.
He even had a ship named after him.
