Bushwhacking Betty Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

MadMin: I attempted to contact the owner of Bushwhacking Betty to find out about the status of this cache on February 6, 2008. I have received no response from the owner on the cache page or via email. Because of that I'm afraid I have to archive this cache.

I will be more than happy to review this cache again and (hopefully) reinstate it once you have corrected any issues with the cache. please contact me via ma.reviewer@gmail.com to do so.

Please note that unarchiving a cache page places it through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines currently in effect.

Geocache Description:

The street entrance to this area is at 57 Long Point Road in Lakeville. The parking area now has it's entrance at W41.49.314, N070.54.123. More details on the area can be found in the listing for the Nahteawamet Cache. Located about .3 miles from the parking area, there are 2 trails to this cache. A trail head can be found at N 41 49.582', W 070 54.171, you will have to find the other. You are looking for a tennis ball can filled with the usual stuff.

Sorry, no hints on this one except go to the waypoint and ask "Where would I hide a cache?" B.T.W.> I upped the difficulty to 1.5, it may be a 2.

Added 6/24/04 If you find the cache please pay special attention to how it is hidden and return it to the same location. There is a trick involved.

Added 10/5/05 Have you ever wanted to try Letterboxing? You could skip the coordinates and go to www.letterboxing.org and search for the Eagle's landing letterbox in eastern Massachusetts. It was placed so close to the cache that you don't have to move a step to find both.
