The Cahaba at Inverness Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Radnax: Thanks to Honeychile for reminding me of this one. I've been so busy lately and completely forgot I had disabled it. It is indeed missing and I don't have time to replace it so going to archive it.

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

There are 2 spots you can park for this cache or you can boat down the Cahaba River. Parking is off a road parallel to 280 near some shopping areas or near a power substation where people often sell firewood. This cache is located near a spot where canoers launch/pick up. If you have a 4x4 you can get alot closer on a very rough dirt road.

Please be sure to cover the cache with natural material as well or better than you found it. Also be sure not to leave a trail to the cache as this area is frequented by boaters and off-roaders it seems.
This cache is an ammo can that was awarded as a ready-made cache (via donations) at the 1st Central Alabama Meet&Greet event.
