The cache is in Lucius Woods County Park off of a nature trail. Some of the maps will show that this is a State Park, but the park was deeded to Douglas County in 1990. The park is closed for the season so the gates will be shut, but people can walk in from a number of areas. No fee/sticker is required to enter the park.
Everything in the cache as was, but changed the ziploc bags as things were getting wet. Also made a small wrench which was left by the cache to aid in getting the lid on/off.
