Geocache Description:

Take a stroll on the UVa grounds and grab a quick virtual!

A number of times during and eventually after my time in high school I came here the the lawn of the University of Virginia to hear distinguished guests of the University speak before the gathered masses. Presidents such as Reagan and Bush Sr as well as Gorbachov...on the south face of the Rotunda there are a number of plaques honoring students that fought in various wars...one such plaque honors a student at UVa that would go on to hold great office that would have no doubt qualified him to speak on here on the lawn...

To get credit for this cache e-mail me the name of the student mentioned on the plaque that went on to become President of the United States .
