Small parking area off the Hammonds Plains Road N 44 43.453 W063 41.430 Do not go past the gate if it's open. Allow about two hours to complete this cache (round trip). It might be a good idea to bring paper and pen to make notes. There are several routes to the first cache, with the most direct way being the steepest; but alternate trails also lead up. There's a good view from the hill, and deer are often in the area (maybe even a red fox or two!). Across the trail the first cache is hanging from a beech tree near a big spruce. Along the trail there may still be some obstacles from Hurricane Juan, but the going is mostly easy with minimal climbing and bushwhacking. Original contents are in plastic zipper bags (please reuse). We've included a geocoin, a special reward for the first-finder, and our Tricky Trixie travel bug. We hope you enjoy the Fox-Tracks Treasure Trading Trail. Happy geocaching!
