Hike to a vista point.
From Hwy 9 south of Perryville take Forest Road 132 west. This is also know as Winona Scenic Drive. Park at N 34 51.557, W 092 50.959. A Forest Service sign says Vista - 2 miles but don't let that throw you. You are only .13 miles from the cache but to get to it will require a half mile hike. There is about a 300 foot elevation change so be prepared for a half mile hike uphill on an abandoned road bed. There are no large rocks or high steps following the old road. Bushwacking is not practical due to the extremely steep terrain. At the summit is what appears to be the base of a fire watch tower which has been removed.
The cache is a one gallon Rubbermaid container covered with duct tape. Original contents were:

The Forest Service advises wearing blaze orange during hunting season.
