Bring along your writing tool to log this find

Just another quick find in a beautiful area. The town of Plain is just a small place with a tiny store, grange, Post Office, School, and lots of houses. The Wenatchee River runs right by it on its way to Tumwater Canyon. The big meadow where this cache is near was a busy place during the fire storm of 1994. This was where they had the huge water tanks for the helicopters to use to put on the fire. I will always remember watching them come in and let down there hoses to suck up all that water or retardent. As you drive along Tumwater canyon you can still see the scars from the fire.
