The cache is situated very near the famous Peel Tower near the village of Holcombe near Ramsbottom. The best place to park is N53.38.544 W002.19.946 then cross the road and take the footpath up the hill. I put the terrain at 1.5 but if you go up the direct rout it would be about 4. The altitude is above 1000ft at the tower. A very good place for lunch is the Hare and Hounds at the bottom of the lane.
The cache is a "Tupperwear type box with a dark blue lid. It contains a log book and pencil, and the usual bits and bobs. Go to the north corner of the tower and your GPS should show you the way.
