Geocache Description:

This cache is located near an office park, hotels and a few restaurants. The drive is easy, finding the cache is not so easy.

This could be a drive up mini cache, but I have seen too many like this. Several caches that I have visited previous to me placing this cache were set so that you really didn't need to get out of the car to be able to retrive and sign. So I made this one a little harder to find. The coordinates on this page will lead you to a parking spot, in front of a building you may have seen in your travels. I made the coordinates off a little because employees tend to park in the area where this cache is located. The walk to the cache is rather short, being no more than 40 feet if you know what side of the building the cache is located at. The actual cache is nothing more than a magnetic key holder, hidden near a swamp. I've included a hint below for your help but this one should be easy enough to find. Management has approved the placing of this cache. Just a warning, be careful when looking for this cache. If not located and retrieved in a hurry, a lot of geomuggles could see you. So use your stealth abilities on this one and time it right. Do not plan on trading any items at this cache. It is big enough to hold a pencil and a log book and that's it. If you look at the swamp that you will be facing when retrieving the cache, it is part of the Big Creek series of parks in Alpharetta. Going to be visiting cache site either tonight or tommorow (being 12/20 or 12/21) to do maintainance. I have dried the cache out on many occasions due to rain, only for it to rain within hours or minutes of me doing so. I'm going to be placing it in a zip lock bag to help keep it clean and dry. Sorry to all those who have had a hard time with the cache as this is my first time hide. 1/17/04 I visited the site this morning to check on the cache and I decided to try and get the coords a little closer to the cache instead of them being a little off. After waiting for a minute, I was able to recieve accuracy within three feet of the cache. If anybody else is able to get coords any closer than that, please let me know. Happy Hunting. May 17th 2008---- Cache has offically had 200 finds. Not every day that a cache has hit the double century mark. Thanks for all the finds guys. Hope this one keeps going strong for the next long while. August 17th 2008---- New manager at the place of business where the cache is located. Aparently the old manager has transfered out to a different store, and I just now found out about it. Talked to the manager and found out it is still okay for the cache to be there. Just an fyi for those who want/need it. October 16th 2011--- Just want to thank everyone for hunting this cache as its 8th birthday is comming up shortly!! Didnt realize it until recently but this one is now one of the oldest remaining active caches in the area. Thanks for such a long run guys and here's to at least another 8 wonderful years!
