Coords. had to be updated due to Katrina. Cache is an ammo can
container If you don't already own a headlamp, go get one! We can't
stress enough how much easier this cache will be if you use a
headlamp instead of a regular flashlight.
(THANK YOU!!!! to Bloencustoms for helping with the original
cache)

Stars is back !!!! The path has changed due to major changes in
the area since Katrina. Go get it again for the heck of it if you
want. Book and I had a great time re planning this cool cache we
had to walk it a few times for the heck of it too ;) In order to
find this cache, you will need to go when it is dark outside. So,
with the possible exception of an eclipse, you will need to go
sometime during the night. The posted coordinates will bring you to
the place where your trek will begin. It is very important to bring
an LED headlamp. Other light sources will work, but not nearly as
well as a headlamp. If you insist upon using a regular flashlight,
it is important to hold it as close to your head as possible. You
are looking for a blazing trail of stars that have descended from
the sky to about as high as your head / chest area (maybe a bit
higher). When you reach each group of stars, look around with your
HEADLAMP and you should see more of them in the distance. You will
know when you have reached the cache when you see the stars dip low
to the ground (knee hight or so). The cache is tied down with a
black rope, please make sure to tie it again after you find the
cache, and re-hide it well.
Use your own judgement while searching for this cache, it is at
night in the dark/dusk/dawn, so be careful. If you feel
uncomfortable doing this, or any cache, don't do it. We recommend
you bring a friend, and make sure to have a backup lightsource.
Area is subject to spring flooding so be careful
Use bug spray and watch for poison ivy/oak (we didn't see any but
you never know so watch out) (headlamp) in case your primary one
fails.
