Geocache Description:

It is an easy .34 mile walk to the cache from the visitor center.
In order to get to it in the winter you have to hike in the snow.
Not to difficult to find but may be a supprise.


The area has been in the process of being cleared by the forest service in order to prevent forest fires. This is the reason you will see vehicle tracks and tree slashing. Please stay on the main road and do not drive off the road except in marked camping areas. Thank you.
When you park, look for the "Witness Post" and hunt for an additional GeoCache Benchmark find.
