Geocache Description:

The cache is located in Blackwater River State Forest just off the Florida Trail just south of the Alabama line where the Florida Trail connects to the Alabama Trail. The trail is well marked in orange blazes and easy to hike.

The Florida Trail is a continous trail that runs from the great cypress swamp in south Florida to the Alabama line where it connects with the yellow blazes of the Albama Trail which connects to the AT. The cache is hidden about one mile down the trail from where the trail crosses Beaver Creek Road the second time: N30 59.061 W86 46.903 and you can leave your car on the side of the road there. Take the trail to the East. You can also drive in from the north off Rock Creek Road but the road can get mushy at times due to low areas.
