Easy terrain, off paved walking trail in urban area.
Perhaps you may see some spirits in the woods. This micro is in a nice walking area around a pond between three large State buildings. Muggles like to come here during lunch, so it may be less crowded at other times, particularly if the weather is nice. Bring a pen, and please re-hide the cache, since it is somewhat in the open. The container has been updated so don't expect it to look like previous photos. Enjoy!
