Geocache Description:

A small cache in a rather strange place for a plaque.

We've seen this plaque here many, many times but have never stopped to check it out (you can't stop next to the cache). We finally took the time to walk over and check it and and decided to leave a cache here. It is a small decon container so bring small trade items.
