This is a webcam with a lovely view of the Santa Barbara channel. You can park nearby, but some spaces are restricted, so please read and obey all posted signs. I recommend visiting on a weekend, as there is usually much less muggle traffic.
Note that the coordinates above are not where the camera is currently aimed. Part of the challenge of this cache is figuring out where to stand to have your picture taken. (Geocaching.com does not allow changing the coordinates of webcam caches, and the camera moved in summer, 2012. I've raised the difficulty and terrain ratings accordingly.)
