A new cache in Shamona Creek park. A second generation of of the original "My Shamona" cache.
This is a new cache and hiding spot to replace the now retired "My Shamona" cache, which was a casualty (MIA) of Hurricane Isabelle.
The container was replaced on 1/27/07 - original contents of the new box are a new log book and a bunch of bouncy balls.
Special bonus points to anyone who can find the original My Shamona ammo can - it was washed away in the flooding from the hurricane and is somewhere downstream of N40 03.033, W75 41.718.
Be careful not to be seen rehiding the cache - it is a well hidden spot, but only about 25 feet from the path.
