Geocache Description:

** PLEASE NOTE - DO NOT TAKE THE MECHANICAL PENCIL OR REFILLS, THEY ARE BEING PUT IN FOR THE LOG - THANK YOU**

A visit to the Albuquerque Veterans Memorial Park. A nice day out to pay tribute to America's fallen heroes. My husband, a fellow veteran really enjoyed it as well. Take the time to walk around and explore the different memorials when you're done.

**Also Note, this Cache is a good size, so it's good for Travel Bugs.**

This is a multi-location cache. You will need to travel to each location in sequence so that you can find/ figure out the next set of coordinates.
Also please note, most people have been logging as this cache taking about an hour on average to find.
Also please make sure when REPLACING the cache, to put the cover of the hide back on FIRMLY to help keep the water out.

1.Go to N35 03.611 W106 34.026
Take note of the legend (MIA, POW, ETC).
Now using the names tiles on the wall, answer the next few questions, the answers will give you the coordinates for the next clue/location.
·Under W.W.2, on the 2nd name tile, ‘C’ soldier(s) DIED IN CAPTIVITY?
·Under W.W.2, on the 11th name tile, ‘A’ soldier(s) DIED IN CAPTIVITY?
·Under Korean War, ‘D’ RETURNED POW’S last name(s) start with the letter “V”?
·Under Vietnam War, there are ‘B’ RETURNED POW(S). Subtract 2 from this number.
·Under Vietnam War, there are ‘E’ name tile(s) here.

2.Go to N35 03.ABC W106 34.0DE
Replace the letters “A,B,C,D, and E” with the results from step 1.
Once here walk "DC" steps toward the Amphitheater and & look carefully for your next coordinate.
*** Please note: Where this Cord. is placed, it tends to get rubbed off, or fade out, once you find this one, if you notice it is fading, please let us know! thanks!!

3.From this point you will have to look around.
ENFN Follis, US Navy has your next clue, can you find him? Feel free to use a bench if you need a rest.

4.The coordinates you get from him will take you to the cache.

Look around carefully, this cache might not be what it seems.

NOTE: Several people have emailed me about this Cache, and the difficuly of finding the hints. Below ARE the hints, but it will make this TOOO Easy. Sorry for the long encryption, but trying to help without just saying where the Cache is.
New Note : Arpil 06 - Ok, the cords for the second stage have not been wanting to stay visible, you might use the hints to just get to stage 3 until we are able to find a solution. They are doing some constuction out in the are, and I don't think it would be a good idea to go out while the workers are there, so it might be good for this cache for now to wait until the workers have left for the day, or on weekends. Cache is still there though! :) Happy Caching!!
