As we visit many different caches along the road to feeding our
addiction we often become familiar with other cachers through their
entries in the logbooks. Did you ever try to visualize what some of
our geocaching friends look like? Com'on now be honest, I know you
do and so do I. This past winter one of the finders on my Christmas
cache left a photo of himself and his two dogs (thanks
bumbleNgrumble). That photo gave inspiration for this cache.
There is a photo album in this cache. When you visit this cache
bring with you a photo of you or your geocaching team. On the face
of the photo, in the corner or somewhere out of the way, put your
name or team name then place it in the album. The album will
accommodate up to a 4 X 6 photo. There is also trade items in the
cache.
The cache is placed quite close to the parking area to make it
easy for return visits. This way we can all keep an eye on the
growing photo album so please don't log a return visit as a second
find, only one found log per person. The container is a 35 cal ammo
box and is located near some steep banks so please use caution in
this area especially in the winter.
I have in the past hunted many caches in the Burlington area and
made countless new friends. This cache is my way of offering
something back to the community that has been so gracious to
me.
