At a public park.
Cache is a small "Altoids" tin, painted black, located in a town voted "Best small town in America". The reason for the cache name is obvious once you reach the location. Please be descrete when retrieving the cache, as it's near public facilities. Originally an ammo box in a slightly different location, so if you've found it once, come back again!
Cache contains a log book, and small pencil.
