Located in a doggy park on South Whidbey Island.
This is one of the oldest caches on Whidbey Island!! Park at N47.59.688 W122.27.565 and enjoy the dog park visit. From the center of the dog park, you should get adequate GPS signal to send you in the right direction. Ammo can. The reception may be diminished near the cache from the thick forest canopy.
