This is a wheelchair findable cache but, you'll have to look for it.
Your looking for a 35 mm. film can, you know, what we've all come to know and love. It's an easy cache, can be done in a wheelchair and yes, we have the permission to place this cache. Please bring a pencil or pen as there is not enough room in the container for one.
