This is a 2-part multi-cache. You will need to have been to the following caches in order to complete this one.

Part 1 of this cache is located in a very visible location and stealth will be needed most of the year.
The final cache is in a Rubbermaid container. You may want to bring a pen or pencil with you to sign the log booook. Some trade items are available, but there is not much room in the container.
While there ride the Carousel or visit the Zoo if they are open. There is also a small museum on the Carousels of The Triple Cities. (I have been told that the museum is closed due to black mold from flooding. The museum may be close for awhile. If you wish to make a donation to help clean and repair the museum check with the Ross Park Zoo to see how, thank you.)
