123 Rest Stop Traditional Cache

This is a neat park and one in which I found one of my first caches.

Initially, I placed a popular Minneapolis area moving cache (Moving 123) in the cache hide, and was *encouraged to place a regular cache here after the moving cache departed.

Directions to Ham Lake County Park

From Minneapolis:
Interstate 35W north to Highway 10 west; follow five miles to Highway 65; take Highway 65 north to 153rd Avenue and turn right; the park entrance road is one mile east on 153rd Avenue.

From St. Paul:
Interstate 35E north to Interstate 694 west. Follow 694 west to Interstate 35W north. Take Interstate 35W north to Highway 10 west and follow five miles to Highway 65. Take Highway 65 north to 153rd Avenue and turn right; the park entrance road is one mile east on 153rd Avenue.

From Columbia Heights, Fridley, Spring Lake Park, Blaine:
Take Highway 65 north to 153rd Avenue and turn right; the park entrance road is one mile east on 153rd Avenue.

From Coon Rapids, Anoka, Ramsey:
Take Highway 242 east to Highway 65 north. Take Highway 65 north to 153rd Avenue and turn right; the park entrance road is one mile east on 153rd Avenue.
