Geocache Description:


It is the sightseeing tour on the Öreg hegy. It's a part of Szekesfehervar.

The reason of multi cache is showing the best place in the city.

The first station is the Bory castle. It is a nice private house. The builder was Bory Jeno. He was building this castle between 1923 and 1934. And he lived here till 1959. Some part of castle is flat for his family.
In the castle there are many statue, and picture. Bory Jeno and his wife are painter.
In the gallery there are picture from several other painter
If you will arrive with some child, you have to be enough spare time, because this castle is a real enjoy for children, but it is for elder people too.
The coordinate above is showing a tower of castle. You can reach the latitude coordinates of next station two ways.
The first way:
If you go up in the tower, you can find a note on the wall. This note is Hungarian: "A torony diszítését készítette Bory Klára ..... körül". Read the year number, and add it to N47°10.210.
The second way:
Look for a statue in the inner park. The note on statue: "Deák Ferenc a haza bölcse .....". The method is same than the previous way. Add this number to N47°10.275.

You can reach the longitude coordinates of second station same ways.
The first way:
Look for an other statue. This statue is the upper level. E18°26.941 + "Az Árpádház törzsöke ...."
The second way:
18°26.304 + "II. Lajos - Tomori Pál ....." It's a statue too on the upper level.

The opening hours of castle is:
9-17 every day.
Opening hours of gallery:
10-12 and 15-17 Saturday, Sunday, and other holidays.
The cost of ticket is 300 HUF (approx. 1 EUR).

The second station is a monument. You can reach the coordinate of third station the following method:
On the monument you can find two year number.
N47°11.332 + upper year number,
E18°26.201 + lower year number.
This monument was made when the city was 1000 year old.

The third station is a Lake (Elev:175 m). The coordinates of a final station will found in a microcache.

The final station is Csúcsos hegy. You can find here an other monument. The station is about 100 m from it.
The cache is under a tree.
