Settlers of the 1800s once lived here. Look for the markers that tell the story. It is a nice peaceful place between a crossroad and a building that was constructed in the 1800s. There is alot of coton around but I think that is seasonal. The AIRBORNE HEAVY DROP cache was placed here on 13 DEC 2003 at 1600hrs local, by SGTABN82 and kids. FTF gets a big surprise!!! The contents of the cache are: 2 US Army Name Tapes 4 Rank Shoulder Boards 1 Soldier Guide to Saudia Arabia 14 Assorted Army Patches 4 Post Cards for Ft. Bragg 1 BENCH MADE Case, 1 Set of Special Forces Brass, 7 Military Pins/ US Special Forces Crest, 1 Boot LAce, 2 Camo PAint Tubes, 1 ear plug case, 1 pair of Boot Blousers, 1 HOOOAH PIN, 1 GORTEX Zipper Pull, 1 pair of Leader Tabs, 1 COin Case, 1 New Football mouth Pieace, 1 First aid Pouch, 1 Headset from Air Lines, AND a BAG OF MONEY from many Countries!!!
