An appropriate place for a flowerman cache – I hope it lasts. This is a city park with a playground and a great view of Rock Creek. There may be a lot of people around on weekends so just whistle and say "here boy" while you’re snooping around the bamboo.
Don't "neglect" this one if you are in the area.
