Lund Ho! Traditional Cache
Melrose Plant: I actually went out and tried to find this cache. I believe it may have been the victim of last year's flooding. Nothing in the area looks even remotely familiar any more. It may be somewhere still intact, since it was an ammo can. Thanks to all those who visited.

This is intended to be a family friendly cache, but for those who
want a little adventure. Hike on easy trail is less than
2/10ths of a mile, and cache is only a short distance from the
trail, and is in a usual woodland geocaching spot. My 4 year old
easily walked the whole way by himself.
It's probably a good idea, if you're not familiar with this area,
to turn on the GPS a few miles before you get to this
out-of-the-way county park. The signs marking the way from the east
have been taken down for some reason. From the west, the sign is
still up the last time I checked.
UPDATE 12/31/2004: I have replaced the cache container with
an ammo can. The original container was stolen. I am leaving the
coordinates as they are. The new hiding place is about 8 feet away
from the old one, only much more concealed. Please hide the cache
well when you are done.
