The boardwalk that winds throughout the trails is a work of art in itself and the scenery is great. Enjoy the lake, look for resident gators, and take a walk through the woods.
You DO NOT have to leave the boardwalk to find this micro.
For the protection of the park automobiles are only allowed in during the week. On weekends there is a free shuttle run from an offsite parking area. The park is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
