Bear's Den Traditional Cache

Easy walk through the woods to the site. Cache is a plastic peanut
butter jar with the limited assortment of goodies that would fit
in. Please return the cache to the spot you found it so the bears
can't get it.
Are there bears in Capitol Forest? Well, McCleary has an annual
bear festival -- there must be a reason!! However, no-one has seen
a bear in this part of the forest north of Rt. 8 in at least two or
three years -- or was that months -- or weeks? I'm told that if you
walk around with a cowbell tied around your neck, the bears will
stay away -- that's probably because they are laughing so hard that
they can't come after you. Anyway, remember that the liklihood of
meeting up with a bear is very small -- but not as small as winning
the lottery. Well, if you get eaten by a bear while finding this
cache, let me know so that I can be sure to stay away from that
area from now on!! Enjoy the hunt (both you and the bear).
