This is a two part multi. Neither step is too far from a road or
trail. I won’t suggest any directions. There are so many ways to
attack. Admittance to the park is $3. Nice facilities all
around.
I originally was going to name this “Twists, Turns, Brakes and a
Lake”. Mostly because of the winding and steep trails. But then I
realized that it was almost the first day of Winter (also known as
Saturnalia).
At the first stage you will find a three digit number stamped on a
washer or tag. Fill in the final coordinates thusly:

A=first digit
B=third digit
C=first plus second digit
D=second digit
E=B minus A plus 2D
F=C-1
The secret numbers are the same numbers as found at the first
stage of
