Another little location that I love in the middle of the city, with sculptures, a fountain, and grassy areas. Lots of fun for kids of all ages... In the movie "Harvey" with Jimmy Stewart, Harvey was a "Pooka", a mischievous spirit in irish folklore, who took the form of a 6 foot 3 inch invisible mammal of the type you'll see around the cache site. Harvey would've felt right at home here. Enjoy!!
There are almost always people around this area, day or night. please use stealth. Also, Please make sure container is fully latched closed. there is a latch on the end. This should probably be a "1" difficulty rating, but I gave it a "2" because of the difficulty you may have retrieving and replacing the cache unseen.
