This container and log (bring your own pencil)located in the park near Old Alabama Town. Enjoy strolling along the shady paved paths, peek into each doorways and experience life as it was 100 years ago.
Take some time to visit some of the twenty-five historic buildings dating back to the 1800s. Old Alabama Town consists of six blocks. There's a general store, pioneer tavern, cotton gin, grist mill, drug store, print shop, schoolhouse, doctor's office and the log cabin. Its open Monday-Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Wander and explore at your own pace during your self-guided tour.
