Geocache Description:

JAC - Just-A-Cache

This cache placed on the 1st anniversary of finding my first cache. What a great fun year it has been. 787 found! Haven't cached in three or four weeks so had to get out and hide this one today.

Nothing fancy, just coords and a container to find. As of Nov 18, 2005, the container is a half gallon cammoed thermos jug. It is the third or fourth container to see use here. Today we found part of the original container about 350 feet away from its original spot. Sorry to those that hunted it and found it missing at one time.

When I left to hide this one I intended it to be a bushwhacking adventure(it still could be) in an undeveloped forest preserve property. It sort of ended up being a walk in the park though as I stunbled upon a nice trail. A nice wide but muddy trail most of the way with wildlife trail and/or minor bushwhacking the last few hundred feet the way I approached today.

Finding the trail and parking will be the challenge for this one so difficulty will vary. Enjoy the hunt.
Area may be wet(very) at times. There are private properties at several places along the roads that border this area so proceed with care. Satellite views show a gravel raod fairly close but I believe it is private property.

Please do not put the pencil in the bag as it will just poke a hole in it. Thanks for hunting and Have Fun!

11/18/05 - Parking(maybe) for a car or two at N 42 06.603 W088 12.827(SE corner of RT 68 and Healy Rd. Pick up the trail on the north west side of Healy.
