Hinweis: Alle nachfolgenden Koordinaten sind im WGS84 Format DDMM.MMMM angegeben.
Dies ist ein 2-Stufen Cache in und um Albstadt. Die angegebenen Koordinaten geben nicht das Versteck des Caches an, sondern stellen nur die erste Stufe des Raetsels dar.
Um zu der ersten Stufe zu gelangen, empfiehlt es sich z.B. bei 0902.323E, 4813.229N zu parken. Von hier kommt man in ca. 10 Minuten gemuetlich zu der ersten Stufe. An dieser steht ein oeffentlich zugaengliches Gebaeude. Um die Koordinaten des Caches zu erlangen, sind 2 Zahlen zu ermitteln:
1. Die Anzahl der Treppenstufen im Gebaeude; nachfolgend S genannt
2. Die Anzahl der Stahlrohre, mit denen das Gelaender an die obere der beiden Aussichtsplatformen geschraubt ist; nachfolgend R genannt
Jetzt vielleicht noch schnell die Kamera zuecken und ein paar Bilder machen. Dann Taschenrechner auspacken und die endgueltigen Koordinaten berechnen:
S multipliziert mit 7.573470589 ergibt die Laenge (E)
R multipliziert mit 320.906 ergibt die Breite (N)
Ein Blick von der momentanen Postition verraet eventuell noch eine Moeglichkeit, wie man sich dem Cache an Besten naehert.
Das Cache selbst ist in ziemlich unwegsamen Gelaende versteckt, festes Schuhwerk und bedeckende Kleidung sind unbedingt zu empfehlen!

This is a 2-stage cache in and around Albstadt. The coordinates assigned to the cache are not the location of the cache itself, but only represent the 1st stage of the quest.
To reach the assigned coorinates of stage 1, parking space can be found e.g. at 0902.323E, 4813.229N. From here, a relaxed walk of approx. 15 minutes ends at a building accesible by the public. To aquire the coordinates of the cache, 2 values are required:
1. The number of steps within the bulding; hereafter called S
2. The number of poles attaching the fence to the upper of the two viewing platforms; hereafter called P
Now might be the last chance to get a few pictures of the surroundings. The final coordinates of the cache can be calculated as follows:
S times 7.573470589 yields the Longitude (E)
P times 320.906 yields the Lattitude (N)
A view from the current position might reveal a suitable path of approach to the cache.
The cache itself is hidden in a quite difficult terrain. Solid hiking boots and clothes covering your body are strongly recommended!
