It looks like your cache has been under the weather for some time. While we feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from hiding new geocaches around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. Therefore we are archiving this cache so that someone else can place a cache in the area and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. If you haven't done so already, please pick up any remaining cache pieces as soon as possible.

Geocache Description:

Here's a letterbox hybrid in a public area that closes at 9:00 pm during the summer. During the colder months the rangers lock the gates at dusk, and earlier during bad weather. This area is well policed and the cache is located off the normally traveled locations. When you reach the site, you'll be able to do your stamping and logging and relax. (you don't need a stamp, but it's really cool if you have one. They don't have to be fancy. Mine isn't.)

WATCH for one-way roads. WATCH for speed limit signs. Park yourself at 38.26.329, 82.41.199 if there is not a lot of people there. (The parking place is a favorite spot for a lot of people). Please don't leave trade items except for notes, cards, or small-medium travel bugs. Original contents of the letterbox are to stay with the letterbox: 1. stamp 2. stamp pad (remember they freeze) 3. log book & pencils & pencil sharpener. This is my first letterbox. I would like to set a goal of 25 'LOG AND STAMP' entries for this one.
