With over 20 acres of shade trees, meadows, playgrounds and spring-fed streams, Morgan's Grove Park serves as an idyllic site for picnics with a 1,500 square foot covered pavilion, full kitchen, grills, picnic tables, and restrooms. Complete facilities include amenities for playground equipment, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, volleyball areas, horseshoe pits, and a walking trail. Pets are allowed on a leash.
It was pretty muddy when I hid the cache so wear proper attire. The cache is in a brown plastic one quart Ovaltine jar with a screw on lid. It is quite well protected by thorns and stickers, hence the terrain rating of 2.5 but I suspect it may need to be increased as summer roles along. There is a small golf pencil inside but you might want to bring your own writing instrument.
