Geocache Description:

This is "The Calico Cat Cache" since it is a cat cache with a great view of the Calico Mountains. You can drive fairly close to this one, then a short hill climb (don't worry, the cache is much closer to the bottom than the top of this big hill, although I imagine the view from the top would be awesome!)... As always in the desert carry water and watch out for snakes! The cache container is a large plastic jar.

This cache is intended as a trading place for cat-related items. Anything and everything related to cats is welcome here except for edible treats (catnip is OK) which will attract coyotes to the cache and I don't think any cat would appreciate that!
Other non-cat related items and Travel Bugs are of course welcome too.
We would be delighted if everyone who visits this cache would post a photo of their favorite cat(s) on this page.
This cache is the home base for "Kitty CATche" Travel Bug.
